Sales are final

Due to our small productions, the garments are made in limited quantities according to available deadstock fabric. Therefore, they are not refundable and cannot be returned. Please note that once the order is received, we cannot modify or cancel it.

 

Errors or defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. It must be returned in its original packaging.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and include a photo of the item. To arrange an exchange, you can contact us at info@lesfillesdelusine.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return your package and the address to which to do so. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
